Services

Window Smart provides UPVC and aluminium window and door installation services across Dudley and the West Midlands. All quotes are subject to site survey and confirmation.

Guarantee

All installations are Assure registered and carry a 10 year backed guarantee. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and installation workmanship. Normal wear and accidental damage are excluded.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of quotation. We accept bank transfer and card payment. A deposit may be required before work commences on larger projects.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of signing the agreement, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. Cancellations after this period may be subject to costs incurred.

Liability

Window Smart's liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We maintain full public liability insurance for all projects.
